"Poblaciones" is the name of the project for providing geo-referenced information obtained through social research, with maps detailing data on demographics, weather, health, electoral results, public services coverage and other fields of information..

All this information that used to be stored once used or lost in the digital tide of publications, is now gathered in this platform (www.poblaciones.org).

This is a joint initiative by the Argentine Catholic University (UCA) and the CONICET research center.

On the Poblaciones.org website, you can access information available from official sources and surveys by civil society organizations: from maps of the Bike Paths Network of BA City to the maps surrounding the Adolfo Bioy Casares novel "La aventura de un fotógrafo de La Plata" (The Adventures of a La Plata photographer).
