Argentina further limits air arrivals

As of this Monday, the daily cap for passengers entering the country is cut down from 2000 to 600.

As explained by the Argentine government, with the vaccination rollout progressing solidly and the announced arrival of more than 25 million doses, the main concern now become the new variants of the virus, mainly the Delta one.

For this reason, the toughest measure implemented last week is a further reduction in the number of flights reaching the country.

The executive order also establishes that all those returning from abroad between July 1 and August 31 will have to remain isolated in sites determined by local governments for 10 days.
